HOW SHOULD I RSVP / WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY? To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before Saturday, March 23rd, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP's received after this date will be marked as a No as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed.


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Attire is Garden Party Formal: full length gowns or mid-length dresses - spring colors, florals and patterns are welcome. Semi-formal suit of almost any color (except for white😉), dress shirt, and tie.


CAN I BRING MY KIDS? Due to space constraints and safety restrictions with the proximity to the docks, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding.


DO I HAVE A PLUS ONE? Invitations are reserved for only the loved ones and guests listed on your invitation's envelope.


WHERE WILL WE BE CELEBRATING? Ceremony: Outside on AWH's dockside courtyard.

Cocktail Hour: Bars will be located in the tented portion of the courtyard, you can enjoy your drinks here or take them to look over the harbor in the courtyard.

Dinner & Reception: will be in the Chesapeake Ballroom connected to the courtyard.


WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE? You can expect sun with some clouds during the ceremony with the sun setting around 8 - if you need some fresh air, it might get chilly later!


CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY? During the ceremony we request you remain present and let the professionals take care of this! Please only take pictures during setup before and after during cocktail hour on into the night.


WHERE CAN I PARK? / SHOULD I DRIVE? Guests with an overnight room at AWH have one spot guaranteed already (Valet fees below). There will be a shuttle running to and from the Hilton Doubletree starting at 3:30 pm until 10:30 pm. If you are staying nearby, we recommend Uber or a similar ride-sharing app!

Valet parking available: $25 up to 8 hours - longer than 8 hours is $35

Paul’s Parking Lot: located right next door to the hotel. Pricing varies but is typically around the following: Friday: $30, Saturday & Sunday: $40

Lastly, there is metered parking down the street and a garage a few blocks away - roughly an 8-10 minute stroll.


WHAT ARE WE EATING / WHAT IF I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION? Head right on over to the RSVP tab in the menu! You can let us know your preferences there.


HOW DOES SEATING WORK? The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their +1/partner).


WHAT DO I DO IF I'M RUNNING LATE TO THE CEREMONY?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30PM, so we recommend guests arrive between 4-4:15PM so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late (we get it life happens!) please direct yourself to a seat in the back rows as to not disturb the ceremony, you can rejoin your party after the ceremony at cocktail hour.
