We invite all guests to say hi to us in the hotel lobby/outdoor area once we've returned from rehearsal.

3:30pm-4:00pm: Ceremony

Covenant Presbyterian Church

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow yourself ample time to park and find your seat. All guests should enter through the East entrance.

4:00pm - 5:00pm: Travel between ceremony, hotel & reception

This is the time we've allotted for you to check-in to your hotel after the ceremony ends (if not already done) and board one of the running shuttles from our hotel block. The shuttle service will begin at 4:40pm and run until 5:40pm for service to the reception venue to begin cocktail hour.

If you prefer to drive separately, and dependent upon which GPS service you use, the navigation will likely either provide directions to the reception venue via "the back way" or the highway. Our recommendation is to take the back way route.

5:00pm - 6:15pm: Cocktail hour

The Club at Corazón

6:15pm - 8:00pm: First Dances, Speeches, Dinner

8:00pm - 11:00pm: Party!

11:00pm: Time to go...

Please plan to leave the Club by 11pm as we are required to have everyone out of the venue by this time to allow for proper cleanup and shut down by our vendors and the staff at the Club. Shuttle service back to the SpringHill Suites hotel will begin at 8:30pm and be available every 15 minutes from 8:30pm until 11:15pm. Please note the last shuttle service available will be 11:15pm. All guests will be responsible for their own transportation if they cannot make the final shuttle.

Say your goodbyes to the couple and a grab-and-go breakfast at the private room attached to the lobby. There is complimentary breakfast from the hotel!
