Room Block Information:

We are currently blocked for rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Tyler, Texas. This is approximately 10-15 minutes from the venue.

Rooms featuring 1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds are available on a first come, first serve basis.

We have blocked the rooms for both Friday, June 6th and Saturday, June 7th. However, you are not required to stay both nights to book a room. Please just be sure at the top of the page to click "edit your stay" and change the dates so that you are not charged for two nights if you intend to only stay for one.

Your stay at this hotel will include a free hot breakfast. Check-in is at 3:00 PM. The check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Room Block Deadline:

Rooms must be booked by the cutoff date May 5th, 2025 in order to secure the discounted rate and guaranteed room.

You are also welcome to stay at other hotels in the area if you choose. :)
