We met through friends in spring of 2021 while visiting Waco, Texas and started dating shortly after. We made it work while living across the country - Savannah in Wisconsin and Eric in Dallas - for several months. Thankfully flights were still cheap enough back then!

Savannah moved down Labor Day weekend in 2021 to our small apartment with Jay, our 8-year-old puppy. In spring of 2022, we moved into our rental house and our little family became complete when Maya, our sassy cat, finally rejoined the family and met her brother.

Eric proposed on February 2nd, 2023 on a (very) cold winter day, and we spent the weekend celebrating with our Wisconsin family.

We've been enjoying our engagement, and are really looking forward to celebrating our special day in October with all of our favorite people!
