Walking distance. All hotels we recommend are within the same parking lot! However, there are many options for lodging within a 5 minute drive from the venue.

The reception will take place at the same location as the ceremony. Feel free to grab some drinks and enjoy cocktail hour while we transition.

So much! Within a 5 minute drive from the recommended lodging, The Colony offers so many options for food, drinks, shopping, and games including arcades, golf, and so much more. We've listed some of our personal favorites on the "Things To Do" tab, but find more options here: https://www.tourtexas.com/destinations/the-colony-attractions You're also about a 30 minute drive from downtown Dallas if you want to carry on the adventures! Some areas we would recommend include Deep Ellum and Highland Park. However, just like The Colony, there's so much to do and see downtown. Main recommendation would be to consider the time of day traveling downtown, as traffic is far from ideal.
