The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM on May 25, 2025. We kindly request all guests to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow sufficient time for parking and mingling before the event begins.

This is a cocktail attire event, and we kindly ask our guests to refrain from wearing jeans or colors traditionally associated with the bride.

Grass Valley and Nevada City offer a variety of nearby hotels and Airbnbs, both approximately 20–25 minutes from the venue. Please plan your travel time accordingly and refer to the travel section for detailed directions to the venue.

The venue offers ample parking for guests upon arrival. For those needing assistance, there is a roundabout at the front of the venue for drop-offs, and a golf cart is available to help guests as needed.

While we adore children, we can only accommodate the children of the bride and groom's immediate family for our special day. We hope this allows plenty of time to arrange childcare and offers parents a chance to relax and celebrate with us!

Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, overlooking the beautiful ranch, while the reception will be held inside the barn. However, the weather can be unpredictable this time of year. In case of rain, the ceremony will still be outdoors, with the reception remaining in the barn.
