Sun tan, surf, boogie board, or stroll on the beach! There is also a pier to go fishing off of right in Oceanside by the hotels. There are many rental shops right by the beach to get your beach activity supplies. Check your hotel- they might have it for free!

If you feel like traveling inland there are lots of wineries and vineyards within driving distance!

Top Gun House

This is super close to the hotels– you will most likely stumble upon it just leaving your hotel in the morning. It is a quick stop to snap a picture and grab a pie.

Harbor Village

Little area to walk around, look at gift shops, eat, and possibly see some sea life! (Definitely touristy)

If you feel like exploring outside of Oceanside we encourage you too! If you have a car it is worth driving to some of the local towns by the ocean. See the spots that we go to in our daily life that are away from the tourist hustle and bustle– Encinitas, Carlsbad, Del Mar, and La Jolla are all fun to explore with great food and fun activities.

San Diego is our home and we would love for you to explore it while you are here to see a little of where we live. Downtown is nice but if you want to see how the locals live, go to Coronado, Ocean Beach (OB), Pacific Beach (PB), and Bird Rock.
