Wedding Day FAQs
The ceremony is over and I'm unsure what to do until the reception! Can I arrive earlier than the scheduled reception time to taste the wines at Crow River Winery (CRW)?
Yes! We have selected wines for the reception but CRW has many to try. Visit the CRW website for more information.
I need a ride from my hotel to the reception. Is there a shuttle service?
Yes! From 3:50 PM to 4:50 PM a shuttle will be picking up and dropping off guests from the AmericInn, Days Inn, and Cobblestone in Hutchinson to our reception at CRW.
Details will be available at the front desk of each hotel.

I prefer my own kind of drink. Can I bring my own alcohol to CRW?
Please do not bring or consume your own alcoholic beverages or you may be asked to leave the property.
I plan on driving to the reception. Where should I park?
When arriving at the winery, park in the west parking lot. The main entrance to the event center is in the back of the winery building.

I'm at the reception and know absolutely no one! How can I avoid awkward conversations about the weather?
Feel free to explore the Crow River Vineyard or the Itasca Vineyard on either side of the winery building.

Paparazzi! I'm going to take so many pictures and videos. But who are these people with their fancy equipment?
Our hired photographer and videographer team will take precedent over our guest's picture and video capturing of our day. Please respect their space as they work to fulfill their services.

This special day calls for a celebration cigar. Where can I light this baby up?
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. The designated smoking area is on the east side of the event halls. The Courtyard is a smoke-free area.
Liquid courage is setting in and I'm ready to bust a move to my favorite song! Can I request music from the DJ?
Hell yeah, turn it up, right on!
Our DJ will accept song requests during our reception. If you want to request a few songs ahead of time click here to submit!

You may leave your car at the winery overnight but it must be picked up by 11 AM the following day.
Ope. Now that I can't drive...I need a ride. Is there a shuttle service?
Yes! There will be a complimentary shuttle service for our guests staying at the hotels in the area.

A lost and found box will be kept and if the lost or missing items are not claimed within 30 days, CRW will dispose of or donate the items.
