For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Emerald Beach Resort in Charlotte Amalie St. Thomas starting 01/07/2026 to 01/12/2026. You do not have to stay all of these days - you may book any dates during that period.

Please view the photo attached below in its entirety as it contains all of the instructions for booking and details on the room types that are available along with the rates, the resorts cancellation policy, the deadline you must book by to receive the discounted rate, the dates your credit/debit card will be charged, etc. PLEASE NOTE: you will see the dates on the rate letter start 01/07/26-01/11/26. We have extended our room block an additional night so the official dates we have secured are starting 01/07/2026 to 01/12/26. Please still use the same QR code, the group code, and the link for booking as you see on this page! If there are questions or additional clarification needed please reach out to Haley.

You may call/email the resorts reservation department to book or you may book online.

If you are going to book online some important things to note: You MUST book through the QR code, do NOT go through the resorts main website.

Once you use the QR code you will be brought to the online booking page and will be asked to put in your desired dates. Then there will be a question of: “Do you have a group code?” You must use our group code to receive the discounted room rate.

Be sure to book your stay by October 9th, 2025 as this is the deadline to receive the discounted rate.
