Our Story began in a cute cafe called Gulu Gulu in Salem, Ma.

Our first encounter was pretty magical. For Vania it was a long time before she could muster up courage to go back into the dating scene. However this night was very different. The moment she met Erik, she felt it in her core that he was special. We became enthralled in conversation that night and getting to know each other was so easy and blissful.

Weeks after that, after an unexpected but lovely meeting with Vania's mother Ana, while the two were planting vegetables in Vania's backyard, Vania knew Erik was the one. And for Erik, he knew Vania was for him when she had his entire family amazed with her saxophone skills at a 4th of July party in Aunty Susie's backyard.

Their official relationship began June 18th when Erik gathered the courage to actually ask Vania to be his girlfriend.

Fast forward a few months later and Erik truly began to realize how motivated, independent and convincing Vania could be. Vania, always the planner, had been looking to purchase a home for the past few years but just needed a little push to get her past the finish line. With a little help from her younger brother Alex and the constant reassurance and positivity from Erik, the two purchased their first home in North Andover in the fall of 2023.

Wanting to show Vania just how much she meant to him, Erik hatched a plan to ask Vania to marry him with help from her two brothers, Chris and Alex. After a beautiful birthday dinner on November 17th at the Chart House in Boston, Erik got down on one knee and proposed....She said YES!!!!
