A few notes for the wedding:

Unfortunately, capacity at Freemason's Hall for the reception is limited. We ask that you do not bring your kids to the reception.

There is more room at the outdoor ceremony. Feel free to bring your kids to the ceremony portion of the wedding!

Shuttles will be provided to and from the ceremony, SEE TRAVEL TAB FOR SHUTTLE DETAILS.

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather pending) with grassy/sandy terrain. Please wear appropriate footwear, heels are not recommended for the outdoor ceremony. There will be an opportunity to change footwear for the reception if needed.

Your presence is more important to us than presents, however, if you wish to give a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated. If e-transfer is preferred, please send to erikaandstevehoneymoon@gmail.com

Shuttles:

Shuttle busses will be provided between downtown Edmonton and the ceremony location, and back to reception venue following the ceremony. Shuttles will be leaving downtown at 12:30 so please arrive a couple minutes early to allow to find a parking spot and a seat on the bus. Taking the shuttles are encouraged as it will reduce the number of vehicles at the ceremony. Free drinks and a light snack will be provided at the ceremony.
