Q + A

How should I RSVP?

Due to postal logistics, we are kindly asking all lovely global citizens/invitees to RSVP on this site. There is an RSVP prompt for each event. For example, perhaps you can make the wedding but not the welcome party or brunch. Make sure you indicate this in the RSVP section on this site, and also inform us if you are bringing a plus one and to which events. If anyone is having difficulty manipulating the site and needs to RSVP, please reach out to either the bride or groom or Dahl or Boyle families.

Are my small children invited?

Parents with children under 12, we kindly ask you take a well-deserved break and leave your kids at home. We understand an international wedding may complicate childcare plans, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you need assistance connecting with the venue's on-site nannying services.

Do I have a plus one?

Yes, the more the merrier! I'm also not going to ask you to hop on a flight to Ireland and sit through days of castle parties solo. Please just indicate on your RSVP whether you are bringing a date or not. If you can get someone interesting like Big Bird or Danny DeVito as your date, that's a definite plus.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is formal attire, and please note the suggestions for each individual event on the Events page. More than anything, we want our guests to feel at their most chic and authentic to encourage the best atmosphere possible. This atmosphere does not include Apple Watches. Your job as a guest is to SERVE a lewk. Hard to do that with a "device" on board.

Can I take my own pictures and videos at the ceremony?

Heck yes! While we will have professional photography, feel free to produce your own wedding-fun content! Just please keep phones on silent and note for all content tagging purposes, our hashtag is #ErinGoBoyle.

CODE RED - Is my hairdryer going to work?

If you are American, none of your hair drying devices or curling irons or flatirons will work in Ireland. Plugging it into an adapter will not cut it. I repeat, plugging it into an adapter will not cut it. Total code red, we cannot have ANYONE's getting ready time so devastatingly impacted. But there are options. Euro adaptable hairstyling devices can be procured ahead of time for a cheap price on Amazon. Also, if you wait til you get to Ireland, check out Boots or one of the very many pharmacies. Boots is basically like Ulta, you will be able to procure the devices of your choosing here.
