What should i wear on the day of the wedding?
DRESS CODE: BEACH FORMAL. This often implies a smart, structured look. For men, it might mean a summer suit with a linen shirt, no tie needed, and leather sandals. For women, a midi or maxi dress with flat sandals is appropriate.
We kindly encourage our guests to dress in our color palette on our special day. Please dress appropriately for the weather and location. The wedding and reception will be outdoors and on sand, so please wear appropriate footwear.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK MY ROOM THROUGH YOUR WEDDING COORDINATORS?
Yes, it is required that you book your room through our wedding coordinators. Booking through our wedding coordinators will guarantee your spot on the guest list and a seat at the wedding. Any persons who book elsewhere will not be tracked and will not have a seat at the wedding. Please see the "Book Here" tab of this website for more information.
DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE RESORT THE WEDDING IS GOING TO BE AT?
Yes, all guests attending the wedding must stay at the resort.
WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD GUESTS FLY IN TO?
Please plan to purchase your own airfare at your convenience via your preferred airline's website. You will need to fly into the cancun international airport. It is approx. a 25 min drive from the resort.
WILL AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION BE AVAILABLE?
Transportation is included in the package pricing. Keep in mind this will be shared, roundtrip transportation but if you wish you can speak with our travel coordinator and she can upgrade you to private, nonstop transportation for an additional fee, if available.
ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Yes! Interest-free payment plans may be available if you book early enough in advance. See the "Book Here" tab of this website for more info.
WHEN SHOULD GUESTS PLAN TO ARRIVE AND DEPART?
Guests should plan to arrive on Friday, May 23 and stay a minimum of 3 nights, departing on Monday, May 26. We recommend arriving in the morning or early afternoon to take full advantage of the resort. Even if you can't check into your room, you will be able to grab breakfast and enjoy the resort. You are of course welcome to come earlier or stay longer if you choose.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes, everyone needs a valid passport to fly in and out of Mexico. Please look into getting one for all travelers in your party at your earliest convenience, the current passport application processing time is about 10 weeks or more. If you already have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date! You'll need a passport valid until at least December 2025.
can i bring my kids?
The resort we have chosen is adults-only. To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a weekend of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, and to align with the resort rules, we respectfully ask that no children under the age of 18 attend. If you have any concerns please contact the bride & groom.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer who will capture the special moment for us! During other wedding celebrations and activities please feel free to snap away!
I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?
There will not be a virtual option, but we plan on having a videographer who will capture the ceremony and we will share out at a later date to those who were not able to attend.
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Your presence at our wedding is the only present we need! However, if a present is your desire, we would be honored with a contribution to our Honeymoon fund. (see "gifts" tab).
