Please ARRIVE at 5:00 PM to ensure a prompt start time. The ceremony STARTS at 5:30 PM sharp, on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

We will have two rounds of buses leaving the Omni hotel on the day of the wedding to take guests to Early Mountain Vineyard. This will help to ensure that arrival at the venue is between 5 and 5:15 PM before the ceremony. Timing for departure is 4:00 PM in front of the Omni hotel. Bus transportation will also be available at the end of the night for transport from the venue back to hotels. This will occur at both 9:45PM (for early birds!) and 11:30PM. You are also welcome to drive yourself to the venue, or uber, as long as you make it on time!
