DRINK A LOT OF WATER to prevent Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). Know and track the symptoms of AMS: Headache, Nausea, Fatigue, etc.

The average June temperature in Buena Vista ranges between a high of 70°F to a low of 40°F. However, temperatures at the higher elevations can dip into the 30°F range as the sun falls below the mountains. Afternoon rain is also common, and it is not unheard of for God to bless Spring Canyon with a light, June snowfall.

There is a decent amount of parking space at Spring Canyon, but still a finite amount, so if possible, help us out and try to carpool (Cadets we're looking at you).
