Bride Hidden - 4:20 PM

The bride will be hidden away in the bridal suite, so guests arriving early don’t see her. Please do not arrive before this time, unless instructed otherwise.

Wedding Ceremony - 4:45 PM

PLEASE be seated at 4:45 PM outside in the chairs for the ceremony. We will start the wedding processional at 5 pm at the very latest. Wait until after the ceremony to go inside the venue, unless you need to use the restroom.

Cocktail Hour/Reception Dinner - 5:30 PM

Snacks, Fruit, and drinks will be served immediately after the ceremony, and the Dinner buffet will open around 6:30 PM after the grand entrance.

Speeches - 7:15 PM

We will have 4 toasts/speeches around 7:15 PM, while guests are finishing up their meals.

Dancing - 8 PM

Dancing will begin around 8 pm, after speeches and a group photo.

Couple’s Grand Exit - 9:45 PM

At 9:45 pm, there will be an announcement for guests to grab sparklers and line up in 2 rows outside for the Grand Exit tunnel while the Bride & Groom have a private last dance.

Guests Leave/Help - 10 PM

Guests will be asked to leave at 10 PM. Helpers and family stay behind to pack up and clean up. Extra help is super duper welcome!

Friends & Family Clean Up: 10 - 11 PM

Willing and able Friends and Family are asked to help clear tables, package up extra food, put away decorations, pick up and take out the trash, and clean up any major messes after the send-off. Per the venue contract, we must finish the cleanup by 11 PM, so the Bride and Groom aren’t fined.

Everyone is GONE - 11pm

Everyone must vacate the venue by 11 PM per the venue contract to avoid fines.
