Cocktail attire

We will not be providing transportation. There is a parking lot at the church, and a parking ramp attached to the AC Marriott hotel and Lumbar Exchange venue. It is approximately a 15 minute drive between the church and reception venue/hotel.

Due to capacity restrictions, we ask that only those listed on your invitation attend.

Yes, the bar accepts both cash and card.

There are two campuses to Bethlehem Lutheran Church- Twin Cities. Our wedding ceremony will take place at the Minneapolis campus on Lyndale (NOT in Minnetonka). There is also a Bethlehem Baptist Church in Minneapolis that will NOT be the wedding ceremony location.

There is plenty of parking available both on the street and in parking garages. The Midtown parking garage will be most convenient, which is attached to our venue and has entrances on both 4th and 5th Street. Below is information for how to get parking validation and entering the venue from Midtown parking garage: 1. Take a ticket when entering the ramp. 2. Park and bring your ticket with you, or take a clear photo showing the ticket number. 3. Go to Level 3 of the parking garage and enter the Lumber Exchange building (opposite the elevator and to the left of the AC Hotel door). 4. Once inside The Lumber Exchange Building, continue down the hallway (which turns left), until you arrive at the gold elevators. Take the elevator to the level 3. 5. Bring the ticket/photo of ticket to the LX team. After cocktail hour, the staff at the bar will enter the ticket number into the system, which will discount/validate that ticket. 6. When exiting the parking ramp, scan the ticket to leave.

You may enter through revolving door on Hennepin Ave, through the door on 5th Street (by Bob Dylan mural), or through the attached doors in Midtown parking garage. Our reception is in the Fountain Room on the 3rd floor.

We encourage you to book hotel rooms as soon as possible! We are sharing the weekend in Minneapolis with a Paul McCartney concert and a home Vikings game :-)

We are not blocking hotel rooms at any other hotels, but there are plenty of options within walking distance! We suggest Embassy Suites, The Lofton, Hotel Hewing, or Marriott City Center.
