Ethan and Siera first crossed paths in the fall of 2013. It was fifth grade, and Siera, new to the small town of Evant, was instantly charmed by Ethan on their first day of school. However, Siera went unnoticed by Ethan, and this sentiment persisted for several years. By ninth grade, the tables had turned—Ethan found himself captivated by Siera, who was now unaware of his attention. Despite this, Ethan's small smiles and subtle flirting quickly won her over.

On January 1st, 2018, Ethan and Siera officially began dating, swiftly becoming an iconic couple at Evant ISD. As high school sweethearts, they did everything together and were crowned Homecoming King and Queen in their senior year—a real life highschool rom-com. Despite occasional bickering and heartfelt reconciliations, they successfully navigated the challenges of high school together. Their bond endured as they transitioned to college, embarking on their respective journeys in higher education.

After graduating from college and finding careers they love, Ethan and Siera made it a priority to spend quality time together. This led to a much-needed trip to Oregon, allowing Ethan to finally see Siera's home state. The day after their arrival, Ethan, impatient and eager, proposed in the back pasture of Siera's grandparents' property. Surrounded by rose petals, towering trees, and a magical sprinkling of light, Siera, of course, said yes.
