Our RSVP deadline is September 10th, 2025. If you haven't RSVP'd by that date, we will assume that you, unfortunately, won't be joining us and we will mark you as "not attending". This means you will not be included in our final head count for our vendors and you will not have a seat, food, drinks, etc. We kindly ask everyone to plan accordingly and RSVP before the deadline, as we would hate to turn anyone away who was planning to attend. Please let us know if you are unable to RSVP for any reason.

We are asking all guests to be seated BY 1:50 PM. All guests that arrive after the ceremony starts will be asked to wait off to the side or in the building. Please plan accordingly for travel time.

We ask all our guests to dress nicely for photos! We are asking our guests to wear Country formal/semi-formal/ Sunday best attire.

Yes, there will be alcohol! We will be taking donations and hosting a Stock The Bar Party to be able to provide alcohol to all the party goers! This being said we ask everyone planning to drink to consider finding accomdations in Weatherford and possibly Uber and/or car pool to and from the wedding.

Even the best parents need a break! Take this night as a well desevered break and have fun. Although we adore your children, due to capacity limits at our venue the only children at our wedding are those in the wedding party and some immediate family over the age of 10. Please get in touch with us with any concerns!

We have worked really hard to create an intimate celebration that includes all of our closest family members and friends so we ask that you come solo unless otherwise indicated on your RSVP. If you are a solo invite we have planned and have invited others you know and can talk to! We also ask that you make other arrangements for your children unless otherwise discussed or indicated, as this is an adult affair. We would like to have an unplugged ceremony since we will have a photographer capturing the moment, therefore, we ask that our guests enjoy the moment with us without their phones! Will give you an opportunity during the ceremony to take a quick photo before asking everyone to be reseated.

Yes, the wedding is set for Monday Oct 20th, 2025. We hope by giving everyone enough warning they will be able to get the time off. However, we understand travel time and money limitations are an issue, as most of Siera's family will have to fly and Ethan's family will drive several hours to attend. If you are unable to attened, we understand!
