Flights

For most out-of-town guests, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) will be the best option. Alaska and Delta operate hubs out of SeaTac and will have the most flights. Once you land, you can get downtown via light rail, cab, or rideshare.

If you’re flying in from the West Coast, you may see flights into Paine Field (PAE). This is a great option if it is available. The terminal is beautiful and the airport is chill. Paine Field and SeaTac are more or less equidistant from downtown Seattle, but PAE is north of the city and SeaTac is south. There is no light rail option from PAE, however, so you’ll need to take a rideshare downtown.

Hotels

There are many excellent hotels in Seattle. We'd recommend staying downtown or in South Lake Union - both are centrally-located walkable neighborhoods (see below for specific suggestions).

There are plenty of Marriott and Hilton options in town and some folks will be staying at the Astra Hotel in South Lake Union (see hotel website link below).

Hotel Max is another good option: stylish and centrally-located (again, see details below).

Local Transportation

All wedding events are within the city of Seattle and we think that Uber and Lyft will be the best way to get around while you’re in town. If you’d like to rent a car, you can do so at SeaTac, but we don’t think it will be necessary.
