As Santorini is a relatively small island, we recommend booking reservations in advance for restaurants + activities. Check out our Santorini Travel Guide here.
There are many beautiful places to stay in Santorini and we want you to choose whatever is best for you! Evan & Lauren have spent many hours researching options so feel to reach out to them with any questions.
We strongly encourage guests stay in the Fira area (walking distance to El Greco/Orama hotels to make it easiest for you) for wedding event transportation purposes.
If you aren't able to do so, please make sure to allow extra time to arrive at El Greco/Orama for transportation to and from venues.
UPDATE JAN 2024: THE ROOM BLOCK CODE HAS EXPIRED. HOWEVER, MANY OF OUR GUESTS FOUND THAT BOOKING WITH TRAVEL SITES (HOTELS.COM, BOOKING.COM, ETC.) HAD LOWER RATES THAN THE ROOM-BLOCK CODE.
We've secured a room block for the week at El Greco Resort (in the Fira neighborhood of Santorini). Book on their website for whatever dates are best for you, using the code "ConroyWedding" for 5% discount on current rates. Room block code expires on December 31, 2023. *We recommend checking other travel sites for cheaper rates as well (booking.com, hotels.com, etc.).
Next door to El Greco, Orama is another great option for your stay and comes highly recommended by our wedding planner!
All transportation for wedding events will be to and from this hotel.

We are excited to travel to Greece for the first time and have so many of our loved ones join us! Most guests are traveling from Wisconsin or California.
The island of Santorini has its own airport which will be the easiest way to arrive. You can reach Santorini via Athens or other major European cities. Check for direct flights or convenient connections based on your location. Generally speaking, it will be the most cost-effective to find the cheapest direct flight to a major European city from your point of origin, and then book separate fares from that European city directly to Santorini.
There is also a ferry from Athens, but we recommend flying in if possible -- it is a long ferry ride.
