The wedding ceremony and reception is Saturday October 11, 2025 at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. The doors will open at 6pm and the ceremony will start shortly thereafter

Cocktail attire. Think of it as that sweet spot between casual and black-tie - formal, but not too formal. We're talking a suit and tie for men, and mini or midi dresses that feel polished or chic jumpsuits for women

Weather pending, our ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be held inside. So, please plan accordingly! October in Pittsburgh is typically cool and crisp so you might want to consider wearing a jacket for the ceremony. In the event it is raining, the ceremony will be moved inside as well

Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is open to the public until 5pm so in order for us to have a completely private event, we must wait until after they are closed to start our ceremony. Please plan accordingly beforehand as this means that dinner will be served later as well

We have two hotels in which we have a room block booked - the Oaklander Hotel and Courtyard Pittsburgh University Center. You can find more information on booking at these hotels on the 'Travel' tab on our website. There are also Airbnb and VRBO rentals that you can find in the area as well. If you chose to stay at one of these, you will want to consider staying in the Oakland area to be close to the wedding venue

Transportation will be provided from the hotels to the wedding venue and back to the hotels after the wedding reception Saturday night. More details on specific timing will be posted soon!

We've hired an amazing photographer to capture all the special moments so you can relax and enjoy the day! We will be happy to share the photos with you afterwards as well!
