Please note that all final reservations must be completed 60 days before the wedding date, ensuring that all room payments are settled in full. Cocktail attire! Please keep in mind that the ceremony and reception are outdoors. The weather will likely be in the high 70s to mid-80s. Given the climate, we recommend light and breathable fabrics to stay comfortable.

To reserve your room in the room block, please contact Tours Cervantes at 52 392 100 0703 through WhatsApp (the easiest method of contact if you don't have international calls on your cell phone plan). Tours Cervantes will have an English-speaking staff member available from 10 am-2 pm and 4 pm-7 pm daily for our English-speaking guests. If those times do not work for you, you can schedule an appointment. Alternatively, you can contact them through email at victorhugocervantesperez@hotmail.com. Payment can be done in several ways. One option is to send the payment through PayPal or a wire transfer. There will also be an option to pay with a credit card through a link that will be generated specially for each guest wishing to do so. Please be aware that for either method of payment, since money is being exchanged internationally, there will likely be an additional cost charged by your bank or credit card company. As mentioned in the travel section, guests have the option of paying in installments for their rooms or paying upfront. If paying in installments, please notify Tours Cervantes and they will provide you with a payment schedule. Please keep in mind that the deposit for your room will be due by April 29th. Also please be aware that rooms will be non-refundable. If you need to cancel your trip at the last minute, the hotel may not be able to reschedule your stay for a later date, but they can transfer your room to someone else's name.
