Room booking will be done through Evelyn's uncle's travel agency, Tours Cervantes, who will be handling all reservations. Information on how to reserve and how to pay is located on the Q+A page.

The room rate is originally in pesos. It is $3,942 pesos per person per night, which is approximately $231.71 per person per night. For a couple, the rate in dollars is approximately $463.43 per night in total.

For a person staying alone in an individual room, the rate per night is $6,702 pesos, which is approximately $393.95 per night.

If guests want to either arrive early or stay more days past the room block reservation, Tours Cervantes can help make the reservations or guests can individually make those additional reservations directly on the hotel website. Rates for additional nights are different than the room block rate and are subject to availability.

Please keep in mind that the peso-to-dollar conversion changes almost daily, so the rates we have listed in American dollars are an approximation, although they shouldn't vary by much.

The resort is all-inclusive, therefore the per-person rate includes unlimited food and drinks as well as access to resort amenities and access to the wedding festivities. If guests book a room outside of the room block, the hotel does charge an additional per-person fee of $1,900 pesos (approximately $113 USD) for admittance to the wedding ceremony and reception. Guests who decide to stay at hotels other than the Palladium will also have to pay a $100 day-pass fee to enter the resort along with the wedding admittance fee.
