Wedding Weekend Itinerary

The event will be hosted at Oyster Bay Resort

Friday:

Out of town guests are invited to join us for welcome drinks/snacks on the evening before our wedding, starting at 6pm

Casual attire; drinks and appies will be there waiting for you! Hall shut down by 10pm; groom needs his beauty sleep, but feel free to continue on to the cabins!

Saturday:

We hope you will enjoy some exploring in CR before the reception starts. See the 'things to do' section for daytime activity options

Make sure to bring some rain gear! Looks like it might be wet out there.

Ewen & Kendall will be having a private ceremony with a reception to follow (including cocktails/snacks, dinner & dancing)

Reception Schedule

5pm - Bartender on Scene & Cocktails/Appies Begin

6:30pm - Welcome Speeches with Dinner to Follow

8:30pm - The D-Floor is Open!

1am - Last Call

1:30am - Doors to the Hall Close

Sunday:

Pack up and head out.

We will be in the hall clearing out, so make sure to come say goodbye!

For those locals who leave their car on site, there is parking around the back of the hall. The site manager asks that the cars be picked up before 12pm Sunday if possible. Thank you
