*NOTE: If you are planning to drink alcohol at any time during the reception, please make a plan for a ride share service to transport you back to the hotel.

What times should I request off from work if I need to?

The wedding party in all has requested Thursday, September 28th to Monday, October 2nd, 2023 due to travel time, wedding rehearsals and bachelorette/bachelor parties. We are asking for all guests to arrive NO LATER than Saturday, September 30th, 2023 and to open up Monday October 2nd for them to leave. The choice is yours as to how long you would like to stay in this beautiful area, however we would like to recommend you come in on either Thursday September 28th (which is ALSO the Groom's Birthday!!) or Friday, and depart October 2nd, 2023. The flight time to St. Petersburg is 1 hour and 5 minutes. The flight time to Tampa is 1 hour and 25 minutes. (Times taken from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta, Georgia.) The driving distance to these areas are about 7 hours and 30 minutes from Atlanta!

When and where do we RSPV?

The RSPV button is available on the home page. We ask that you please RSPV no later than Tuesday, AUGUST 1st, 2023. Please let us know whether you will be attending or not. After August 1st, the RSPV button will be taken down due to us obtaining the accurate headcount and for the #MOORE2Love Wedding Experience update text messaging system. Upon RSPVing, the associate number with the RSPV will be added to the #MOORE2Love Wedding Experience Text Messaging System for all updates concerning the wedding, even up to the day! It is extremely important that there is a phone number provided that can receive text messages. Standard data rates apply.

What are the wedding colors?

The wedding colors are navy blue, gold, and ivory.

Are children allowed at the wedding and reception?

Yes, children are allowed to attend. Fabian and Ashley do not have children (yet!), however, they love kids! They are everyones favorite Uncle and Auntie! We would like for your children to be as supervised as possible throughout the event, however, they are invited.

Logistically, where will the wedding be?

All guests will park their vehicles at the Nova 535. The #MOORE2Love Shuttle will take all guests to the beach site on Treasure Island. Our wedding ceremony will be on the physical beach. After the wedding ceremony, all guests will board the #MOORE2Love wedding shuttle, which will take all guests to the reception will be at the Nova 535 in St. Petersburg.

NOTE: Please follow the instructions of riding the shuttle. There is VERY limited parking at the beach and the parking ticket situation is very real down there. (The couple received a parking ticket their first time going down there so they know very well, ha ha!) Please ride the shuttle. It was booked exclusively for this event for you!

Please make a plan for after the reception for a possible rideshare option to AVOID DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. #Safety First!

What areas should we reserve our accommodations in?

Our wedding accommodations blocks are located on the Travel #MOORE page. You will see the host hotels that we will be working with to provide accommodations for our guests. If you choose not to stay in our host hotels, these are the areas that you should book accommodations in:

-Treasure Island (the exact area where our wedding ceremony will be)

-St. Petersburg (where the reception will be)

-Sunset Beach (5 minutes away from Treasure Island)

-Madeira Beach (5 minutes from Treasure Island)

-Tampa, Florida (40 minutes away)

What airports are near this area?

There are two main airports in this area:

-St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport
-Tampa International Airport

Do we have to wear shoes at the wedding since it is on the beach?

No, you do not! It is definitely your preference. In fact many members of the bridal party will be barefoot during the ceremony. #BarefootFun

We will have a de-sanding station and shoe valet available at the ceremony for all guests. However, in the reception venue, you will need shoes on, per their policies.

What should I wear?

Colors: You can wear any other color but the following: white, cream, ivory, light grey, or anything close to the color white, pink, and black.

This event is semi formal/beach casual. Please do not wear jeans, leggings, tennis shoes, Js, or extremely provocative attire. We want everyone to look their extreme best!

We will have a shoe valet (station to leave shoes) for the beach ceremony, however, the venue does require you to wear shoes indoors. We recommend not wearing heels on the beach, so that the heels do not dive into the sand. Wearing shoes at the ceremony is completely optional. If you do decide to wear shoes, completely flat shoes are the most appropriate and comfortable.

For the reception, we do plan on partying hard so wear shoes that are comfortable and will not have your dogs (feet) barking.

Is parking available at the Nova 535?

Yes, free parking is available at the venue! The parking lot of the venue holds up to ninety (90) cars, so it would be best to carpool with someone. The #MOORE2Love Shuttle will be utilizing the Nova 535 parking lot for the wedding ceremony pick up and drop off for all guests.

What food will be served?

Both our bride and groom LOVE to eat so food is definitely a MUST!
We will have light refreshments during the ceremony, light hor doeuvres during cocktail hour, and three course meal and dessert. The menu will be a Ja-merican (Jamaican and American) menu, to compliment the couples background. Please be sure to include any allergies and dietary restrictions in your RSPV when made available to you!

Will there be an open bar?

Champagne will be given to all guests upon arrival back on the #MOORE2Love Wedding Shuttle, heading back to the venue for the reception.

At the reception, yes, there will be a cash bar.

You will need to bring money for any alcoholic beverages that you chose to drink. Allocate spending money of $20 for alcoholic drinks. This bar accepts debit/credit cards and cash only. Non-alcoholic drinks such as juices and sodas will be served all night.

I will not be able to come unfortunately...however I really want to see these two tie the knot. Will I still be able to see the wedding?

Yes! We will be doing live video footage of the ceremony. Only those with the link, which will be texted out, will be able to see it. Everyone who is to receive this link should have received it already. If you have not received the link, please text 7706968676 with your information so that the link can be sent to you as soon as possible.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Your presence is a gift enough for us! However, should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift station, a honeymoon fund box, and cash app link provided for your convenience at the reception. Thank you in advance!

What health measures will be taken at the event?

Unfortunately, COVID is still very real in these times. We are asking for all guests to be either of the following for our event: (1) be vaccinated, (2) tested before coming to our event, and/or if knowingly showing symptoms to not stay home. The obtaining of the vaccine is definitely your choice. Our primary concern is the health of all of our guests. We will be observing the CDC guidelines as well by providing social distancing, providing masks both at the ceremony and reception (if you do not have your own), and upholding the aforementioned steps. We will have a temperature check station at the ceremony as well. We will be also doing a live viewing of the ceremony for those who cannot make it.

Can I take pictures?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we would hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for him to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want. We will absolutely share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.

Can I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation and RSPV.
