Are children allowed at the Ceremony or Reception?
Both the ceremony and reception are adult-only events. We appreciate you making prior arrangements for children.
When is the RSVP deadline?
We have extended our RSVP date to August 15th due to unexpected mail delivery delays. Please note our original deadline was August 5th.
Can I bring a date?
Please check your invitation for a plus-one (your name will be followed by "and Guest").
Is the Ceremony outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held on an outdoor terrace with concrete pavers. We will not be on a grass or dirt area.
What is the attire?
Formal, but not black tie. For our summer wedding, our ceremony will be held outdoors on a terrace. We suggest that men wear a lightweight suit in any color, and women wear a floor-length gown, cocktail dress, or a nice pantsuit.
What time does the wedding ceremony start?
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. We ask that guests arrive by 4:15 p.m.
Where are the ceremony and reception?
Both the ceremony and reception will be at Northampton Country Club, located at 5049 William Penn Highway, Easton, PA 18045.
Will there be a shuttle service to and from the ceremony/reception?
There will be a shuttle service running between the Courtyard Marriott and Northampton Country Club on two loops starting around 3:30pm. The return shuttles will be available for departure from Northampton Country Club starting at 9:30pm until 11:45pm.
Is parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, there is ample parking in an on-site parking lot for guests who will be arriving by car.
Can we take photos during the ceremony?
We’ve hired a photographer and we’d love to have photos with no phones or devices in them. Please put away your cameras and phones during our wedding ceremony.
If writing a check as a gift, how should it be addressed?
Please make any checks payable to "Ryan Oldach or Fallon Dungan" as this allows either of us to deposit a monetary value.
What if we have a food allergy or dietary restriction?
Please indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP where prompted.
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
Yes, please refer to the "Lodging" page of our wedding website for more information on hotel blocks and other lodging options.
What time can we check into the hotel; is there early check-in?
Both the Courtyard and Hampton Inn have a 3:00pm check-in time. Early check-in requests need to go directly through the hotel on the day of.
