Andiamo a Capri!
Capri is set in the blue waters of Italy's Tyrrhenian Sea in the Bay of Naples just off the Sorrentine Peninsula in the southern Italian region of Campania.
⚓ The island is connected to the mainland all year round with ferries and hydrofoils that run from Naples (Napoli) and Sorrento. There are also ferries from Ischia, Salerno, and the Amalfi Coast (Positano and Amalfi) in the summer months. It takes about 30 minutes to reach Capri from Sorrento and about an hour to reach Capri from Naples by ferry.
✈️ The closest airport to Capri is Naples (Napoli) and the ferry port is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the airport. Alternatively, visitors to Capri fly into Rome and take a train to Naples, and then a ferry to the Island of Capri.
The Drive from Rome to Naples takes approximately 2.5-3 hours.
La Residenza Hotel
Fallon and Duff will be staying at La Residenza for the wedding trip. They also stayed here when they came to Capri in September 2023. It’s a charming hotel very close to the center of town, with many restaurants nearby walking distance. The Wedding venue is a 15-20 minute walk from this hotel.
Hotel la Floridiana Capri
Hotel La Floridiana is close to the wedding venue. It’s a 10- 15 minute walk away with some moderate hills. It’s also a short stroll into the center of town.
Hotel La Palma
This hotel is close to the wedding venue, and a short stroll to the center of the town through the picturesque shopping district.
Hotel Mamela
Hotel Mamela is just steps away from the famous shopping street Via Camerelle and a short stroll to the wedding venue. The rooms are are furnished with pastel or floral patterns, along with antique furniture and some rooms have sea views.
