Our Mehndi and Wedding venue's address is 1900 Gateway Blvd, McKinney, TX. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the ballroom where the ceremony will take place. The ballroom is on the main floor. The Walima venue's address is 555 Sproul Rd, Villanova, PA.

For guests within driving distance of Sheraton McKinney, there is free on-site parking.

Our wedding events will take place indoors.

We have reserved a room block at Sheraton Mckinney. Please book your stay by July 11th, 2025 to guarantee a room in our block. Use the link provided under the 'Hotels' tab or request the Fatima and Mohid Khan Wedding Group while booking to receive our reduced rate. For the Walima, we have a room block at the Radnor Hotel. Please book your rooms by July 18th in order to reserve within the block.

We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. Our reception will take place in the hotel where we reserved our room block and where most guests will be staying, so no additional transport will be required.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. Should you have any trouble booking a hotel room, feel free to reach out to any one of us directly.

DFW Airport, Dallas LoveField Airport, & Philadelphia International Airport

August is the hottest month overall for Dallas, with temperatures peaking from the 1st to 15th. These dates have daily highs averaging 99°Fahrenheit (37°Celsius). The weather in Philadelphia in August is humid but cool, with average highs of 85°F.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

We are requesting no boxed gifts, as both of us will be moving to San Francisco.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, a wedding card box will be at our reception.
