Our Wedding

Fatima and Peter met in the year of 2015. Through mutual friends and with the help of social media, Peter found the courage to reach out to Fatima. They both became instantly inseparable.&nbsp;From the constant phone calls till dawn, the good morning texts and even the occasional, let’s get an oil change together at Honda. Fatima was preparing to go off to college in Massachusetts and a decision had to be made. Her and Peter decided that with the both being in two different places, they mutually decided to go their separate ways.&nbsp; After many years, Fatima and Peter found themselves reconnected again. Even though so much time had passed, the two picked where they left off, almost instantly. There was something about this time around that felt different. Fatima explained to Peter that it was a mistake not trying all those years ago. Peter told Fatima, “You and I were different, we grew up, and from the second I saw you again, I knew it this wasn’t going to be the same let’s get back together.”&nbsp;So, they went for it and it was the best decision yet. It didn’t take either of them long to know that they wouldn’t want to spend any more time apart. So Peter asked and Fatima said yes. “She said one thing, I said another and the next thing I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life in the middle of that conversation.” Cheers to the future Mr. and Mrs. Lopes!

Proceed South on Ham- ilton Ave. (CT-69s) Hamilton Ave. turns into Prospect Rd. in approximately 2 miles turn right onto Murphy Rd. ARIA entrance on the left. From Points SouthTake I-91 North to exit 17 to merge onto CT-15 N toward Berlin Turnpike/ I-691. Take exit 68W to merge onto I-691 West toward Meriden/Waterbury. Continue on I-691 West to exit 1 (on left) merge onto I-84 West. (Follow directions from points East see above.) From Merritt ParkwayFollow Merritt Pkwy ( CT 15N/S) to Exit 59, take a Left onto Litchfield Turnpike ( CT 69) Follow CT 69 for 14 miles and take Left on Murphy Road. Entrance will be on your Left.

We are very grateful that The Marriott hotel has provided our guests 2 shuttles the day of our wedding. Drop off and pick up times will be scheduled prior to the wedding date. Please be aware there is a 10 person maximum for each shuttle ride.
