Because parking is limited at the farm, we are asking that all guests park at Cherry Glade Mennonite Church, located at 4051 Accident Bittinger Road, Accident, Maryland 21520. This church and its large parking area is located 1/2 mile from Oakheart Farm. We will provide school bus shuttle transportation from the church parking lot to the farm. In order to accommodate the transportation of roughly 170 people, we ask that you arrive at the church sometime between 2:45 and 3:45 pm (the earlier, the better). We will be able to transport 40 people at a time and you will be dropped off right at the ceremony area. Don’t worry if you choose to leave the reception early, we will provide transportation back to your car at any point in time during the evening. Bus shuttling will begin after the fireworks end.

Since we had a hard time decoding exactly what semi-formal vs formal vs casual means, let us help you out! For men, this would be a suit or blazer and dress slacks, and dress shoes. Ties are nice, but optional. For women, a cocktail dress, two-piece ensemble, or jumpsuit would fit the bill. Ladies, keep in mind that this is a garden-style wedding and reception with grass and gravel terrain. This should help you decide what shoes to wear.
