The Lodge at Wisp
The Lodge at Wisp is part of the Wisp Four Season Resort and provides many amenities (see website). It is located 5 miles from Oakheart Farm (the wedding ceremony & reception site). There are two types of rooms available—a queen deluxe and a queen efficiency. Bookings need to be made prior to Friday, May 24, 2024. Check in time is 5 pm and check out is at 11 am. A daily continental breakfast is provided.

Accident, Maryland is a small town within a few miles from Deep Creek Lake. For those of you not familiar with Deep Creek, it is a true four-season resort area that includes the lake, ski resort, and many state parks. Because of this, there are many rental homes of all sizes available for your stay. Below are the web addresses you can use to directly book those accommodations. Because the wedding is over the July 4 weekend, it is advisable that you book early. Try to find rental homes located at the north end of Deep Creek Lake as this will keep you within close proximity to the farm. For reference, the farm is located 5 miles from the ski resort. Our address is 3462 Accident Bittinger Road, Accident MD 21520. When searching, you can use key town names like: Deep Creek Lake, McHenry and Accident.
