We decided for our wedding day, we wanted it to be somewhere really special. The planning that we were doing here did not feel authentic to us. That is when we decided a destination wedding is our true dream. It will be so special to celebrate in the homeland where both of our families are from!
Is there a dress code?
The attire for the wedding is black tie formal. This includes gowns, cocktail dresses, suits and tuxedos. Out of respect for the bride, do not wear white, ivory, or champagne. No khakis, jeans, polos, sneakers or other casual attire.
Will there be room blocks?
Unfortunately, there are no specific room blocks as this is not something they are familiar with in this area. Under the Travel tab, you will find a list of hotels close to the wedding venue.
What airport do we fly into?
We highly recommend you fly into the Naples airport. However, depending on your travel plans, you can fly into Rome as well. Please see Travel tab.
How should we plan our travel?
An international flight to Italy will require a passport, don't forget to check your expiration date! It needs be within 90 days of validity.
The travel to Italy takes 1+ days to fly as most flights take off in the evening. This means if your flight leaves Wednesday evening, you will arrive in Italy on Thursday morning/afternoon.
How do I get around?
We highly recommend renting a car. There is limited public transportation and no taxis in this area.
