Keep in mind that we are traveling to the country-side of Italy where you will be immersed in beautiful culture. However, this is not considered a tourist area. There are local shops, markets, restaurants and bakeries to enjoy. Everything in town is closed from 12pm-4pm. Don't forget to brush up on your Italian! The locals in this area will not be too familiar with English.

Of course, there are other surrounding towns/cities to visit during your stay. Especially if you are looking to turn this into a vacation for you and your family!

You will need to bring a European outlet adapter for all electronics needed to plug into the wall. Europe has different outlets than the US and our plugs will not fit into their outlets. You can purchase them on Amazon, and Target.

*For higher voltage items like hair dryers and steamers, you may need to purchase an outlet converter, but please don't plug anything else into the converter as it may break it. An adapter will work for hair dryers and steamers, it may just make them hotter than usual, so I recommend using the converter or just using the blow dryer the hotel provides for you.

If you will not have a rental car, we would recommend getting a car service through a travel agent or on your own, prior to getting to Italy (For round trip transportation to and from wedding hotel).
