Our ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive by 3:45pm!

We encourage guests to get dressed up for the event as the attire is semi-formal! Please note that our ceremony & reception will take place outside! Women: Cocktail dress, elevated midi/maxi dress or sophisticated separates. Block heels recommended. Men: Suit, blazer or dress shirt with dress pants. No jeans or hats. Although we adore your little ones, we respectfully ask that this be an adults-only affair. We can’t wait to celebrate with our favorite parents & let y’all have a night off from the kiddos!

We politely ask that you only bring the names listed on your invite & on our website when RSVP’ing. Due to our venue accommodations we are limited to our number of guests & will be in touch if anything changes. We hope you understand!

We kindly ask that you respond at your earliest convenience on our website under the RSVP tab! The latest to RSVP is July 15th.

There are many places to stay in the Nevada City and Grass Valley areas including many vacation rentals that are tucked into the forest surrounding the venue. We included a few popular options on the lodging page but encourage everyone to book accommodations as soon as possible.

Ride sharing is hit or miss up in Nevada City so I would plan to have a ride back to where you're staying at the end of the reception. Please be responsible and do not drink and drive!

There is a large parking lot in front of the venue for guests to park their vehicles. If you'd prefer not to drive we have listed some taxi services under the travel & lodging tab. Uber may be difficult due to our location. Plan accordingly & please do not drink and drive.
