Please join us for the welcome event! Food and drink will include a variety of hors d'oeuvres and complementary beer and wine. This gives us an opportunity to chat and catch up and to get to know those of you who we don't know! There will also be a guest of honor in attendance and they can't wait to meet you all!

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. We suggest you arrive around 3:30 pm to find parking and your seat. The ceremony is unplugged, we want you to enjoy this moment with us. We ask that you refrain from using your phones and cameras.

Dinner and drinks will be served. This is when the real party starts! Following 8:30 pm the reception will be an adults-only affair for ages 12 and older.
