We’d like to share some important details to know for our big day. Wherever possible, please carpool.

-Important contact numbers for wedding day:

- Parking is limited at our ceremony location. We are saving these for those with limited mobility (ie. have handicap placards). We will reach out directly to those for whom we’re reserving a spot. I you need one and do not hear from us by Friday (April 19), please reach out. We will try to accommodate you.

- For the remainder of our guests, the best option is one of two park and rides located just off the freeway when exiting. It is not a safe to walk.

- One is immediately to the right after exiting at Newcastle Rd off HWY 80. The address is 651 Newcastle Rd. Newcastle, CA. This is about 1.5 miles from our celebration.

- The other is to the left when exiting Newcastle Rd from the freeway. The address is: 9300 Chantry Hill Rd. Newcastle, CA

- As these are park and ride locations, please do not leave valuables in your car.

- We will have a friend shuttle guests from our park and ride to the event location and back towards the end of the event.

- The shuttle will be on a 10 minute schedule from 12:15 to 12:45 prior to the ceremony and from 5:30pm onward after the event. If you need to leave prior to 5:30pm, simply let us know and we’ll be happy to take you back to your car.

- We also just learned there is another wedding being held two properties down from ours. Their ceremony begins at 4pm, so please navigate using the address provided and not just balloons or signage to help guide you to the celebration if you are advised a spot is reserved for you.
