Tanzania is a special place to the Walsh / Croissant family. Ian's maternal grandparents, Monty and Nancy Croissant, were married there after Monty (stationed in Dar es Salaam) proposed by letter to 21-year old Nancy in Manchester. 4 planes later, they married as soon as she arrived and lived many happy years in Tanzania and South Africa.

Helen, Ian's mother, was born there and met Peter (Ian's father) in Zambia.

We feel a huge draw to experience our own Tanzanian love story!
