Due to many factors, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your kids we have decided our day will be adults only. Please make childcare arrangements and have a date night celebrating and dancing with us!

Yes, parking is free at Heavenly Resort, you can even leave your car overnight.

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, please plan to arrive by 4:15 to take the tram to the wedding venue on top of the mountain.

We will miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly, thank you.

In July, weather in South Lake Tahoe California is sunny and 75 degrees. Our venue on top of Heavenly Mountain is at 8200 feet, bring a jacket/coat for the evening as the temperature drops at night. There will be an area to hang coats when they are not used.

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be held inside the lodge. Dancing will be outside.

The bride and groom will take photos together and with close family and the wedding party. You will get to enjoy cocktail hour which will include drinks/appetizers.

It wouldn't be a party without it. We will have an open bar serving cocktails, beer and wine all night long!
