Ian and I met sometime back around 2012 working at the Keystone Science School, a summer camp in Colorado. Hiking mountains and corralling kids kept us busy in the summers, and he's been a great friend to have ever since. He was one of my first friends to meet Esmé, and I think it's fitting he best man for this wedding. Oh yeah he's also the godfather for Orion. just the minor details.

The much younger and prettier sister of the bride. The beloved aunt of Orion and Odessa. She's a cupcake making, rock climbing enthusiast and she hasn't been jobless since she turned 14, sometimes holding down 3 jobs at the same time while going to school. A true force of nature you won't catch her taking a breather at this wedding, in between making speeches she's sure to be chasing her niece and nephew around.

The bride's friend since 1997. The godmother of Orion. This gorgeous, confident, dark haired beauty is also an incredible artist. She has designed 3 of the bride's 7 tattoos as well as painted a treasured mural of Calvin and Hobbes (the groom's favorites) for her godson Orion.

David is one of my oldest friends, going all the way back to my sophomore year of high school (just his wee little baby 8th grade year)! Kinda crazy looking at that as over a decade away. Both of us lived as teachers' kids at a boarding school, which gave us plenty in common and plenty of time to explore an old, semi-haunted boarding school campus. I understand his name has some deep linguistic roots, and I'll probably mangle it, but if I recall correctly his name pronounced "Daveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed"

The bride's friend since 2000. The godmother of Odessa. Boasts a beautiful singing voice that matches her beautiful face. Don't be surprised if you catch this bridesmaid singing with the bride about things they're currently doing.

Sterling is a grand old friend of mine from high school that makes me feel a little insignificant in the adventures I've done in my life. Like come on look at his picture! I just grabbed the quickest appropriate photo off my friends' facebook profiles. And this is his! He's on a friggin mountain. This guy kills me sometimes! I have two kids! I have two dogs! My fiancé is beautiful and I've accomplished plenty. enough about sterling. Also he moved to Colorado like right before I left back in 2014, which was definitely a bummer

Carl is going to be a doctor. And he's going to be a damn good one at that. He's a steadfast friend that makes me laugh more than he'd probably like, and has the biggest heart known to man. Friends since high school, he's always been there for me, whether it was helping out in group projects or making sure I could chill at his house to watch the finale of Lost. Still one of the best shows of all time. Period. Ever. fight me irl.

The bride's friend since 2004. This gorgeous and talented young woman first met the bride when they were both cast in a play together at just 10 years-old. They later became neighbors who spent their days dressing up and preparing for future shows at their local community theater.You're sure to catch this bridesmaid making silly faces at the bride and cuddling with the bride and grooms daughter Odessa.

Fedro was my neighbor freshman year at St Olaf College, and he's been stuck with me since! He's a loud bombastic guy that will always let me know if I'm being too weird (usually by cheering me on, unfortunately). I was spoiled to be his roommate our senior year and he was my first friend I spoke to about Esmé.

A friend of the bride's since 2004. This lovely and intelligent woman first met the bride when they were cast in a show together as children. They later became neighbors who sang "Wicked" together and kayaked the summer days away. You're sure to find this bridesmaid singing show-tunes and dancing with the bride.

I met Reid near the first week my sophomore (his freshman) year at St Olaf, and we've been crossing paths ever since. He's an avid farmer and likes sunset walks along his pig stalls. He's seen me through my fair share of struggles and I'm glad I have someone like him I can call a friend. Don't let his gruff exterior fool you, below all that is a an even gruffer, grumpier farmer. He's also the godfather of Odessa, and is excited to one day teach her how to hunt, skin a deer and pig farm.

The bride's friend since 2006. This emerald-eyed goddess spent most of her high school weekends sleeping over at the brides house watching "The Simpsons" until the early morning and is one of the funniest people you will ever meet. She's sure to make each and every guest smile and giggle with her quick-witted ways.

Chaser is a wonderful viking of a man. He's been in my life almost as long as Reid has (Nordstroms are hard to shake). Chase calls life as it is and is always good for a somber dose of reality. Resident beardmaster and brew demon.

Friend of the bride since 2010. This outgoing beauty met the bride in the first week of 11th grade at Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists and quickly took the bride (a total newbie to the school) under her wing. You are sure to find this fierce bridesmaid giving pep talks to the bride and making sure everything is how the bride wants it.
