It all started on April 15, 2023. As some of you may know, we met on Tinder! Yes, big shock that these two kids had to end up on such a dating app to find true love, but hey! Look at us now, about to take the next step in our love journey. All jokes aside, our relationship grew with a common interest in the gym. That was actually what sparked our conversation on said dating app, followed by a couple of top tier SpongeBob memes. After our first date we both realized there was a genuine, special connection between us, and that certainly we'd be planning our forever together. Two months into knowing each other, and having gone on a couple of dates, we decided to officially form a relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend. Seventeen months and a week later, we were joyfully engaged. We give thanks to our family, friends, and most importantly, to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who has continued to bless us over these past two foundational years and has guided our relationship to what it is today. Now we begin this new chapter of our lives full of love and excitement for what is to come.

We Found Love in a Hopeless Place!

Todo empezó el 15 de abril de 2023. Como algunos ya saben, ¡nos conocimos en Tinder! Sí, fue una gran sorpresa que estos dos chicos tuvieran que usar una app de citas así para encontrar el amor verdadero, ¡pero bueno! Mírennos ahora, a punto de dar el siguiente paso en nuestro camino amoroso. Bromas aparte, nuestra relación creció gracias a un interés común por el gimnasio. De hecho, eso fue lo que desencadenó nuestra conversación en la app de citas, seguida de un par de memes de Bob Esponja. Después de nuestra primera cita, ambos nos dimos cuenta de que había una conexión genuina y especial entre nosotros, y de que sin duda planeábamos nuestra eternidad juntos. Dos meses después de conocernos, y tras un par de citas, decidimos formalizar nuestra relación como novios. Diecisiete meses y una semana después, estábamos felizmente comprometidos. Damos gracias a nuestra familia, amigos y, sobre todo, a nuestro Señor y Salvador Jesucristo, quien nos ha bendecido durante estos dos años de fundación y ha guiado nuestra relación hasta lo que es hoy. Ahora comenzamos este nuevo capítulo de nuestras vidas llenos de amor y emoción por lo que está por venir.

Is an RSVP required?¿Es necesario confirmar asistencia? Yes. We ask that all guests RSVP by March 31st. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate anyone who has not responded by then. Si. Can I bring a plus one?¿Puedo traer un invitado? We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accomodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted when you RSVP. If you believe there is a mistake with your party listed on the RSVP, please reach out to the bride or groom before submitting your response. Estamos muy emocionados de celebrar este día tan especial rodeados de nuestros familiares y amigos más cercanos. Como lo mantendremos en un ambiente íntimo, solo podrán asistir aquellos invitados formalmente en su invitación de boda. Si tienen un acompañante, lo indicaremos al confirmar su asistencia. Si cree que hay un error con su grupo al momento de confirmar, por favor de ponerse en contacto con la novia o el novio antes de enviar su respuesta.

Are children allowed? ¿Se permiten niños? We love your little ones, and they’re absolutely welcome! That said, we kindly ask that parents keep an eye on their children during the ceremony and reception to help maintain a joyful and respectful atmosphere for all guests. Thank you for your understanding! ¡Amamos a sus pequeños y son totalmente bienvenidos! Dicho esto, les pedimos a los padres que vigilen a sus hijos durante la ceremonia y la recepción para ayudar a mantener un ambiente alegre y respetuoso para todos los invitados. ¡Gracias por su comprensión!

What time should I arrive? ¿A qué hora debo llegar? We kindly request that all guests arrive at the venue no earlier than 4:30pm to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin shortly thereafter. Pedimos a todos los invitados que lleguen al lugar del evento a partir de las 4:30pm para tener tiempo suficiente para estacionarse y sentarse. La ceremonia comenzará poco después.

What is the dress code? ¿Cuál es el código de vestimenta? We'd hate to intrude upon your stylish freedom, but we kindly request that all guests wear business formal or western formal. We encourage guests to wear colors akin to a spring color palette (pastels, floral patterns, etc.). No nos gustaría invadir su libertad de estilo, pero solicitamos amablemente que todos los invitados vistan ropa formal de negocios o ropa formal vaquero. Animamos a nuestros invitados a llevar colores acordes con la paleta de colores primaverales (pasteles, estampados florales, etc.).

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?¿La ceremonia y la recepción se celebrarán en un espacio interior o afuera? Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. Weather permitting, cocktail hour will be held outdoors on a patio adjacent to the foyer/lobby. Tanto la ceremonia como la recepción se celebrarán en un espacio interior. Si el tiempo permite, la hora del cóctel se celebrará afuera, en un patio junto al pasillo.

Are there any special traditions we should know about?¿Hay tradiciones especiales que debemos conocer? Yes! There will be a number of common wedding traditions to look forward to, but we are also proud to honor our Hispanic heritage through the inclusion of traditions such as la víbora de la mar, el robo del novio, and el baile del billete. We’d love for all our family and friends to be a part of these, so we kindly ask that if you are unfamiliar with these traditions, that you take some time before the wedding to do look up information or videos so you know what to look forward to. ¡Sí! Habrá varias tradiciones de boda comunes que podrán disfrutar pero también estamos orgullosos de honrar nuestra herencia Hispana con la inclusión de tradiciones como la víbora de la mar, el robo del novio y el baile del billete. Nos encantaría que todos nuestros familiares y amigos formen parte de estos momentos, así que si no están familiarizados con estas tradiciones, les pedimos amablemente que se tomen un tiempo antes de la boda para buscar un poco de información o ver algunos videos para que sepan qué esperar.
