You might be wondering..how does a boy from Cleveland, OH and a homebody girl from Denmark, WI get together...it started with a lot of time spent on Brady Street, a grungy half-eaten chicken strip, and a lot of laughs:

Adam & Brie met at the end of May in 2020 after one of Brie's college roommate convinced her to move to Brady St in Milwaukee. Adam was assisting his friends with moving into the unit above Brie which happened to be next door to his own place. Given their new mutual friends & proximity to one another, the two began spending a lot of time together. After one drunken night involving the game of "odds" and Adam eating a random left-over chicken strip off the bar, Brie had found her match. A few denied romantic date requests later, Brie decided to take Adam up on his offer to carry out the alcohol-dreamt plan for a great pie bake off. Their pie (obviously) won best taste & the two realized they made a great team. They traded in half-eaten chicken tenders for fancy dinners, cocktails, and traveling and Brie quickly began telling her friends and family she would be getting married in the Fall of 2024 (the year was 2021..haha).

Since then, Adam has been Brie's biggest supporter, helping her as she continues to pursue her education while also working. He realized his duty when Brie, while completing a full-time graduate student schedule and working full time, decided to get a puppy. Adam (reluctantly) jumped on board to help raise the 8-week old puppy and quickly fell in love with their Millie girl.

The couple continue to enjoy traveling together, especially camping so they can bring Millie to enjoy the fun. They also love their meals with fancy cocktails and Adam is always up for the challenge to recreate all of Brie's favorites.

Since their relocation to Cleveland, OH in September of 2022, the two have made many trips back to Wisconsin and per Brie's conditions of moving, continue to go to at least one Packer game per season (GPG). On one of their trips back to Green Bay in May 2023, Adam convinced Brie to make a pit stop in Milwaukee on their drive back to Cleveland. As the couple walked along the lake trails with Millie, one of their favorite things to do in Milwaukee, he got down on one knee and asked Brie to marry him.

We are so excited to share in our forever with each of you in the city that brought our unlikely pair together. Milwaukee will always hold a special place in our hearts as the city we met and fell in love in, enjoyed our engagement, and will soon celebrate our wedding-we hope you each will enjoy the city as much as us!
