Mason and Gabby met in Tearoom class at Iowa State University back in 2018, where they got in trouble during lecture for talking too much! They had Fine Dining class together in 2019 and entertained each other in the kitchen, and eventually Mason was Gabby's Teaching Assistant during the Wine and Spirits Class in 2020 (when they FINALLY got together)

Mason picked up Gabby from the bar after Hallo-Homecoming-Weekend at Iowa State. That night Mason asked Gabby to be his girlfriend - Zombie costume and all!

Gabby and Mason both attended the family holiday gatherings just months into dating! They fell in love with each other's families (and we think the families might have loved them too too!)

Mason and Gabby went on their first LONG road trip together and fell in love with each other (and Colorado!)!

Mason landed a job in Louisville, KY in February of 2021, forcing a long distance relationship only 4 months in. After Gabby graduated, she moved right to Louisville where they began their lives together - including horse racing, food and beer festivals, weekend trips and new friends!

Mason and Gabby welcomed the beloved Apollo (Paul) into their lives! They love their little family and all the adventures of Paul (and of course Trip the cat!)

Gabby started her new job at the Louisville Marriott Downtown, giving her more flexibility (and open weekends!) to spend time with Mason! They love taking weekend trips and exploring Louisville together!

Mason and Gabby took a weekend trip to Chicago and returned to Louisville ENGAGED!!!
