Fear not! The venue is only releasing small blocks of rooms at a time and need us to ask them to extend the block once all the rooms have been reserved. The hotel has 250 rooms so there are more than enough for everyone! Please reach out to myself or Gabby and we will take care of adding rooms and letting you know when to call

You can stay right at the venue! We are having our ceremony and reception right on-site at the Grand Cascades Lodge. There are also rooms available down the street at Minerals Hotel, if you would prefer a more budget-friendly option.

The ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM, on Saturday the 16th. BE ADVISED: If you are traveling in on Saturday and plan on staying at the hotel, check-in starts at 4 PM. You may request an early check-in, however we can not guarantee you will receive an earlier check-in time
