If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out!
Why a Wednesday?
June 4th is the bride and groom's dating anniversary! The pair are very sentimental, and wanted to keep the date their special day. June 4th, 2025 will actually be their three-year anniversary in addition to their wedding day!
When will the party be over?
Because we know that many of our guests will have work in the morning, we plan for the celebration to be wrapped up by 10 at the latest. Our sparkler exit will be at 7:30, and guests won't be missing anything if they leave after that!
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, we decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, with the exception of close family. We appreciate you making prior arrangements to be able to celebrate with us, and encourage you to use it as a fun date night! :)
Can I bring a date/plus one?
We wish we could invite everyone, but due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
When should I RSVP by?
We ask that guests RSVP by Sunday, April 20th, 2025
How do I RSVP?
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time!
What if I'm not sure I'll be able to make it?
If you truly won't know your availability until after the RSVP deadline has passed, please let us know by selecting "unsure at this time" under the RSVP tab. We do still have to get a final head count to our vendors though, so please only select that option if you truly have no way of knowing at that point if you'll be able to attend.
What should I do if I cannot make it?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please let us know by selecting "not able to attend" under our RSVP tab.
What if I RSVP'd as "attending" but am no longer able to make it?
Please let Allie or Gavin know as soon as possible. We're sorry that you won't be able to make it, but greatly appreciate you giving us a heads-up!
What if I don't RSVP in time?
Guests who don't RSVP by the deadline will unfortunately be marked as "not attending." We need to give our vendors a final head count, and won't be able to accommodate late RSVPs.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The entire wedding day will be held at our beautiful venue, The Barn at Hartsgrove in - you guessed it - Hartsgrove, Ohio! The ceremony will be under a pavilion that will be open-air or closed based off the weather.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00, we recommend you arrive by 3:30 to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.
Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer Sara is extremely talented and will be capturing the ceremony for us. We don't want any phones in our pictures, but promise to share the link to our official gallery once it's ready!
Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Yes! While we're waiting for our official gallery back, we would love to see the night through our guests' POV. Again, we please just ask that there are no phones out during the ceremony!
Will there be alcohol?
No; because our wedding is on a week night, we want all our guests to be feeling their best the next day. We will have signature mocktails, though!
