Bryant Park Hotel
We have a preferred rate at the Bryant Park Hotel, which is right across the street from our venue! Please either use our link here or you can call directly and mention our party: "Head-Gordon / Shultz Wedding Party".
The bride and groom will be staying at the Bryant Park Hotel.
The cut-off date for the room reservations is August 13, 2024.
Embassy Suites by Hilton New York Manhattan Times Square
We have a preferred rate at the Embassy Suites, which is an easy 5-minute walk to our venue. We booked both King rooms and Junior Suites in our hotel block.
The king rooms are standard sized. The junior suites are the largest rooms available in the 3 hotel blocks we have and can comfortably sleep up to 4 people with plenty of space to get ready.
This hotel also has some of the best amenities, like free breakfast and free cocktail hours.
Your hotel room must be confirmed no later than Wednesday, August 28, 2024 to receive the preferred rate.
Motto By Hilton New York City Times Square
We have a preferred rate here as well! This location is about an 11 min walk to our venue or a very fast Uber ride.
This is a quintessential NYC hotel, where the rooms are built for convenience, not space. The rooms only offer queen-sized beds and are quite compact, but at some of the best price points you'll find in Manhattan.
Your room must be confirmed no later than Friday, August 16, 2024, in order to receive the preferred rate.
