Lynnie and I have known each other since before we both can even remember. As kids, we would play Barbies and American Girl Dolls for hours on end, and somehow, never ran out of story lines! Lynnie and I talk about everything, both serious and ridiculous. Lynnie is the type of friend that would do anything for anyone and has traveled across the country to be there for my special moments. Lynnie has the best sense of humor, and is always making other people laugh. We have experienced life's greatest treasures together, and I'm so excited to have her at my side as I marry my future husband.

Jenn is the life of the party. Jenn and I met as young children going to camp together. We originally gravitated to each other because of how similar our names were. Since then, we've been inseparable. Despite camp counselors always wanting us "branch out and make new friends", Jenn and I remained stuck together like peanut butter and jelly. We always joked about having different types when it came to men, but as we've gotten older, we've both gravitated toward each other's "type"! Go figure. I couldn't imagine marrying Michael without her.

Every woman needs a friend like Alyssa. She and I met as young kids and have been best friends ever since. We are so much alike, and even more so as we've grown older. We spend HOURS talking on the phone with each other until one of our phones die. She makes me laugh so hard I could cry. We lift each other up, share advice, reminisce on the past, and talk about our future. Alyssa is super dedicated to everything she sets her mind to, and has been a role model for me as an entrepreneur, mother, and best friend. I am so grateful to have her in my life!

Gina and I met in third grade, and lived on the same street growing up. Gina is a beautiful person, inside and out. As kids, we used to play in the snow together and drink hot chocolate, attempt to dye our hair (which didn't always turn out well), read lots of fashion magazines, and watch lots of Disney channel. Gina constantly thinks of others and puts others first. She's always down for a good time, and loves to have fun with her friends. She has incredible taste and style, and I will forever strive for Gina-level coolness :)

There is only ONE Oriana Dougherty folks! She is one of a kind. It is impossible to be around Oriana without a huge smile at all times. Oriana and I met at Deloitte in 2015, and I knew I loved her immediately. We worked our butts off together and grew closer every late night. She is extremely talented with anything she sets her mind to including cooking, working, gardening and much more. I trust her down to my core, and would go to Oriana for advice about anything. She's an incredible person, amazing friend, and I love her dearly.

Katherine and I met in college through her husband Sean. Katherine is a gem of a person. Whenever Katherine came to visit during our college years, I always gravitated toward her. She is an incredibly genuine person, who always puts others before herself. She has an amazing sense of humor, is a fantastic cook, and an amazing mother. Katherine has been a role model for me when it comes to married life and motherhood. I couldn't imagine marrying Michael without her!

John and I immediately became friends when he was a last minute addition to a backpacking trip across Spain after Junior year of college at James Madison University. We both have the same sense of humor and find the most ridiculous things funny. Hanging out all of Senior year and both getting jobs at Deloitte just wasn't enough... we had to live together in Washington DC too. If not for Genna, John and I may have ended up tying the knot. Genna and I couldn't imagine our wedding without his sense of humor and life of the party attitude.

Taylor and I met Junior year at James Madison University through mutual friends. We had several Finance classes together and also played on the JMU roller hockey team. After college we both continued to play adult league roller hockey winning every championship because Taylor would refuse to let us ever lose. I was lucky enough to stand up there with Taylor on his wedding day and could not picture marrying Genna without him standing up there with me.

Peter and I met day 1 at James Madison University living in the same suite. We hung out basically everyday Freshman year and then ended up living together again Senior year bringing things full circle. After college we spent most weekends having drinks and catching up at our favorite Arlington bar or out on the golf course, sometimes both. Peter has always had my back so it was obvious that I would want him up there next to Genna and me on our wedding day.

Scott and I met when we both started at Deloitte as Technology Consulting analysts and have been working there together for 10+ years now. We lived together in Washington D.C. for almost 6 years, together in Arlington VA for 1 year, and then a floor apart for 2 years. Besides chatting regularly during the work week, we spend the weekends golfing. Scott has been there through every part of Genna's and my relationship so it is only natural that he stands next to us on our big day.

Aaron is one of the only people that knew both Genna and me separately before we started dating. Through working at Deloitte, Genna became close friends with Aaron, and I knew we would be friends as well. I remember telling Genna that Aaron was going to be our friend whether he wanted to or not. Aaron is funny, smart, gives great advice, he always helps us around the house, and is one of Josie's favorite uncles. We can't wait to have him there with us on our wedding day.

John and I became friends in first grade and went to school together through eighth grade. We grew up together playing roller hockey, skateboarding, and snowboarding. Even though we went to different high schools and colleges we still would always hang out whenever we could. John has been there through every major stage of my life, from childhood to adulthood, so it is only right that he is there with me for this next big stage as I marry Genna.
