What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by 30th September 2024 to help us plan for appropriate numbers.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?
We strongly advise where possible that guests hire a car as public transport/taxis are very limited in the area. Nearer the time we will however share details of transportation for those guests not able to do this.
Is there parking available near the wedding venue?
Yes! As the venue is based at a private villa there is parking available. This does however mean the space is limited so where possible it would be helpful to travel in groups.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Weather depending, we hope to have the ceremony and celebrations outside! A light jacket is recommended for the evening though.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is semi-formal.
A note on the obvious, please no white/ivory/cream etc.
We kindly ask people dress appropriately for a wedding but as the weather may be quite warm comfort is important, therefore ties/suit jackets are optional.
The ceremony will be held on grass but the rest of the event will be on hard floor.
Am I allowed a plus one?
If we have allocated you a plus one this will be listed on your invitation envelope. If there is any confusion over this don't hesitate to contact us.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Other than our immediate family, we have made the decision to have the wedding adults only due to space restrictions. We appreciate your understanding on this!
Will there be food served at the wedding?
Yes! There will be a light snack served after the ceremony and a meal later in the evening. We therefore recommend having lunch before attending the ceremony.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, there will be an option to let us know any dietary restrictions for guests in your party when you RSVP.
Will there be an open bar?
Absolutely. The drinks will be on us, the hangover will be on you!
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The ceremony is planned to start at 3pm. We therefore ask guests to arrive from 2pm for a welcome drink and no later than 2.40pm to ensure everyone is seated in time.
What time will the event end?
We have the luxury of no end time to the evening, however all evening activities will be complete no later than 9pm. The rest of the evening will be purely for drinking, dancing and celebrating!
Will there be other events to attend on the wedding week?
We will be staying in Sansepolcro Saturday 27th September-Saturday 4th October. During this week will arrange other optional events for any interested guests, you will be able to register interest when you RSVP.
Where will wedding updates be posted?
If there are any changes to timings of the event or further updates, we will reach out to your invited party directly.
Should I bring a gift to your destination wedding?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, we cannot stress enough that other gifts are absolutely not necessary!
However, if you do still wish to give a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.
