I met the bride and groom while attending Kennesaw State University. I met Gillian in a program known as the Coles Scholars. Soon after I met Jimmy, and we have been close friends ever since. My favorite memory with the bride and groom would be our trip to Mexico where we explored beautiful beaches and beautiful resorts. A fun fact about myself is I have traveled to over 50 countries and been on 6 of the 7 continents.

I met Gillian at KSU. Gillian and I had a class together before, and she frequently made my sandwiches at Stacks when she was working there. We turned from acquaintances to friends during the Coles Scholars Program and haven’t looked back since. I met Jimmy though Gillian, obviously, and now here we are! My favorite memory with Gillian has to be when we (as in Matt and I) surprised her at her last football game. As you know, Gillian was a marching owl, and Matt and I very last minute decided to make her a sign cheering her on. The look on her face when we brought out the sign was amazing. It’s pretty hard to pull a surprise on Gill, so you have to be spontaneous. One fun fact about myself is during 2024, I will be part of 3 weddings, and attending 4! I can’t wait to celebrate so much love and commitment during the year. It’ll be busy, but so much fun!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy Joel McDuffie in the slums of Towers. We roomed together for most of my time at Young Harris College. I had never seen a man make a bed so quickly or more efficiently in my life. Jimmy and I had most of our classes together so we bonded over those experiences as well. He would always be down to make a waffle house run with me if I asked. He loved playing me excerpts that he was working on and I admired his dedication to music. Not only did I find myself blown away by his dedication, but also his knowledge of music. I found myself striving to catch up to him both in work ethic and in sound. Jimmy always had positive remarks and helped me try to grow my confidence. Even when Jimmy and I were in non-music classes we found ways to take them together. Most of these classes ended up with us playing Pokémon on the computer but hey we both graduated with honors. Jimmy was a rock who helped get me through college and I have seen this man do quite impossible things. I know that no matter what Jimmy will always find a way to do what is best for Gillian. Now we know that Jimmy Mountain Lion Purple heart will always bleed Mountain Lion Purple and White for Gillian. I can't say I have a favorite memory of Jimmy Mcduffie, I have many, many memorable moments. When I say Jimmy can survive anything... he survived Young Harris College so this brings me back to our dorm ,from freshman year, Towers. Probably about a month after we moved in or so I think Jimmy was cleaning his trumpet because he was playing in the jazz band or something like that. Somehow a piece of the trumpet that held it together broke off and Jimmy now had a very odd-looking horn. He proceeded to take the next ten minutes or so tying it together with rope so that was functional... and IT WORKED!!! Dude is a legend! Another time I remember he was trying to open a can of SpaghettiOs in the room. He asked me if I had a can opener, and taken aback I dumbly asked what for. By this point, Jimmy had already pulled a shoe from somewhere and was beating a pocket knife down into it. After three or so minutes he finished and yanked the top open. I asked Jimmy if he wanted a bowl to heat those up in the microwave with. He said "Nah man they are better cold, have you never had them like this oh my god they are so good" and proceeded to slurp the entire thing down. The entire room smelled like SpaghettiOs. I was astonished but a little concerned. A fun fact about me is I am an elementary school teacher.

I met Gillian during undergrad senior year. We met through Molly and had most of our classes together for a semester. Being able to see her everyday, rain or shine, let me get closer to her and eventually made her one of my best friends. To this day, my favorite thing to remember is our first sleepover. Hanging out Gillian and Molly is always a time to remember since we all have the most fun together. Chili's was the perfect starter for the night and ending it with movies, games, and so much laughter, was enough to have me remember this night for the rest of my life. One fun fact about me is I am addicted to Coke Zero.

Gillian and I met through the scholars program. We got to know each other through our team meetings. Pretty simple start to a great friendship. Jimmy was much the same. As a matter of fact I am pretty sure he showed up to one of our scholars meetings. The rest is history. For my favorite memory with Jimmy and Gillian, I could talk about our trip to Savannah and the fun we had exploring town or any of the other big extravagant things we got up to since we met, but anyone who knows me knows I'm a simple man. My favorite memories are the ones that most don't consider memorable. The times we go out and get coffee, spend a morning kicking down drywall, or spend hours cutting jokes when we had the best intentions of getting actual work done. When you have friends like Gillian and Jimmy, the mundane becomes memorable and the memorable, unforgettable. One fun fact about me is I like coffee as much as Jimmy.

I met Gillian at college! We attended KSU together in undergrad but didn't get to know each other until we started the Master of Accountancy program at KSU. We have grown to be great friends and I cannot wait to see what the future holds! My favorite memory with Gillian has to be our early morning study sessions! We get together a couple hours before classes start in the morning and grind out CPA exam questions. Gillian is always SO positive and has been an amazing support system during this program! One fun fact about myself is when I was 20, I traveled to Belize by myself and met 25 strangers from around the US at the airport and traveled the country together for 10 days.

Jimmy is my older brother. I met Gillian from Jimmy and I remember her being the most shy person ever and Jimmy trying his hardest to embarrass her and put her on the spot. My favorite memory with Jimmy was when he was confident to take us on a “quick little short hike” and it turned out to be a 10 mile hike one way there. Then when we finally thought it was over, it turned out that it wasn’t a loop trail and it was just a one-way trail. We had to walk on the road for another couple miles before hitch-hiking back to the truck. One fun fact about me is I’m a senior in high school and I am ready to get out of that place .

I met Gillian through the Master of Accounting program at KSU. We sat at the same lunch table and had many group projects we worked on together. My favorite memory with Gillian is enjoying the delicious lunches provided by the MAcc program on class days. Plenty of laughs, memorable stories, and venting! A fun fact about myself is my favorite food is Hibachi! I also love to explore and experience new local restaurants. I am a Yelp reviewer and have reviewed many different places around Atlanta!

Being Jimmy's little brother, I met Jimmy after I was born. I didn’t really have a choice, but glad it happened. Out of so many memories I have with Jimmy, I can’t really pick just one. It is always fun looking back on memories just reminding each other of all the good and bad memories over the past 15 years of my life. One fun fact about myself is I won first place on a CO2 car at the fair.

I met Gillian in undergrad. We shared many classes because we were on the same career path. We also both were members of Beta Alpha Psi and this is were I feel that we got really close. Gillian has always been kind to me. I feel as though we just get each other and our friendship blossomed in the MAcc. The MAcc is a super stressful program and it is nice to have friends going through it with you. My favorite parts of the program is when Gillian presents to the class because she always uses me as an example. This makes me feel so special and reassures me that she knows that I got her back. One fun fact about myself is I love to play video games in my spare time.
