Nothing...like literally nothing. Staying by the venue is silly when there is so much of Chicago to see! We hope you'll spend time exploring the amazing different neighborhoods that the city has to offer. Some of our favorites are Pilsen, Logan Square, Wicker Park, Bucktown, and Avondale.

We went to Whiner on our third date and it has always been special to us! It's 10 minutes from where we live and as Gina is a KC native, it is the only BBQ that she approves of in Chicago.

We get it, we get it...Friday weddings are so silly. BUT July 19th is Gina's grandparents anniversary and they have been married for a whopping 72 years! Because our anniversary was already on the 19th of a month we thought it would be special to be able to share it with them as well!

Laid back, good people, good beer, good BBQ. We are excited to get married and have people we love around us celebrating. Nothing fancy, just a good time with our favorite people.
